01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how MD Telematics (“we”, “us”, “our”), Near Laal Ji's Temple, Mehta Hospital Road, Balotra (344022), Rajasthan, India, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit www.mdtelematics.com, contact us, or use our services.
For personal data you give us directly, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). When we handle data on behalf of a client — for example, a contact list for a Bulk SMS campaign — the client is the Data Fiduciary and we act as their Data Processor, following their instructions.
02Personal data we collect

Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in our server logs. We use this to keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
03How we use your data

04Consent and legal basis
By submitting the enquiry form, calling or messaging us, you consent to us using your data for the purposes above. We process client data to perform our contract with you, and some data where the law requires it.
We send promotional messages only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to a message or by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to run our business and deliver your services:

Our own products — Fudode, Kenziv, VoiChat, Aristonic — have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
06Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin area stores a sign-in token in the browser only for our authorised staff.
The map on our contact pages is provided by Google Maps, and buttons to WhatsApp and phone calls open those services. When you use them, Google and Meta may collect data under their own policies.
07How long we keep data
- Enquiries: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no more than 3 years after our last contact.
- Client and billing records: for the period required by tax and company laws.
- Server logs: for a short period, unless needed to investigate a security issue.
- Backups: rotated automatically and deleted after about 14 days.
08How we protect your data
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff, and our admin panel can only be opened by one registered email address using a one-time code. We keep regular backups and update our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed;
- have your data erased when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- have your grievance addressed, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
